A member of the Ontario Camps Association, Kettleby Valley is an Ontario summer camp and outdoor education centre located in King Township. We provide both day camps and residential overnight camps to families all over York Region. Kettleby Valley combines a great summer camp program with an ideal location that’s close to Toronto. Canoeing & Kayaking

Campers work towards their Ontario Recreational Canoeing Kayaking (ORCKA) levels at the pond. In partners, our older campers work together to complete specific strokes and canoeing skills. Campers also explore the pond area, while participating in a variety of games and challenges. Campers learn the importance of water safety while developing the confidence to maneuver their canoe. In addition to other canoeing opportunities, Campers who participate in our Residential program have the chance to learn the skill of completing a white water kayak roll in our pool.
